PROFESSIONAL WORK HISTORY:
Over 40 years in residential and commercial construction experience with knowledge in all phases of the construction industry.
Aldo Marcozzi has performed great deal of Home Inspections for seller and buyers during Real Estate transition and new construction inspections during the stages of Building.
Inspected frame, masonry and concrete structure construction to assure the contractors are using the correct materials and performing the work in accordance with Architectural and Engineering drawings, Specifications, Scope of work, Construction Performance Guideline and following the regulations of the International Construction Code.
Performed numerous Concrete inspections for Industrial and Commercial properties as well as forensic inspections of residential properties. Conducted on-site investigation to determine the nature, severity and location of the problem. As a result of the inspection and risk assessment a report is provided which explains the results of the investigation.
As a consultant, resolved several litigations between contractor and owners before Reaching the court.
